Brandon is driven by a passion for multi-family housing and mission-focused real estate development. Since joining Michigan Community Capital in 2021 as the Director of Property Maintenance, he has leveraged nearly 20 years of industry experience to elevate the quality and efficiency of MCC’s properties. Brandon is responsible for hiring and training on-site maintenance managers, assisting with commercial tenant build-outs, and working closely with the Director of Property Management to ensure seamless building operations.

Before joining MCC, Brandon served as the Director of Maintenance for a Grand Rapids-based company, where he played a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use buildings and condominium associations throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. His extensive background also includes years of experience overseeing student housing facilities at Central Michigan University, Grand Valley State University, and Mid-Michigan Community College.

Brandon holds a degree in Accounting Information Systems from Central Michigan University and is HVAC certified, bringing both technical expertise and a strategic approach to property maintenance and operations.
